Hong Kong Distil Your World is the fourth release in The Macallan’s acclaimed series. It celebrates the city’s rich heritage and its historic role in the spice trade.

Lead Whisky Maker Euan Kennedy crafted this limited edition using a selection of exceptional casks. These include European oak sherry-seasoned hogsheads, ex-bourbon casks, and sherry-seasoned American oak. Each cask adds sweetness, balance, and The Macallan’s signature antique oak character.

The team married the whisky for an extended period to develop depth and complexity. They bottled it at 46.8% ABV to deliver optimal mouthfeel and flavor.

The presentation reflects Hong Kong’s identity. It comes in a royal blue case inspired by the surrounding waters. The packaging also features an etched map of Victoria Harbour, highlighting the city’s journey from fishing village to global metropolis.
