Johnnie Walker Blue Label Glenury Royal features a rare single malt from the ‘ghost’ Glenury Royal Distillery. Founded in 1825 by Captain Robert Barclay, a friend of royalty and the first man to walk one thousand miles in one thousand hours, the distillery is located in the remote Ury district of the Highlands. Glenury Royal survived a devastating fire, rising from the flames to produce whiskies known for their dynamic character and refined elegance. However, it fell silent in 1985.
