Hibiki 21-Year-Old Limited Edition ‘Kacho Fugetsu’ (translating to “Beauty of Japanese Nature”) is an extremely rare whisky. It is available only at select airports worldwide, making it one of the rarest whiskies. Each Hibiki bottle features 24 facets, symbolizing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. The Kacho Fugetsu edition adds a stunning gold scenic print of Mount Fuji and its surrounding nature.

Flavor Profile

Hibiki, meaning ‘harmony,’ blends whisky from Suntory’s Japanese distilleries, though the exact blend remains a secret. This 21-year-old limited edition is remarkably balanced. It offers rich, creamy notes of dark cherry and caramel, with a soft, sweet finish and a hint of smoke. The blend contains over 50% single malt, with many of the aged components surpassing the 21-year mark.
