Lush and invitingly herbaceous, Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest is Glenmorangie’s first whisky crafted from barley kilned with woodland botanicals.

Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden, was inspired by the ever-changing natural beauty near his home. He revived an ancient method of kilning barley with botanicals, using juniper berries, birch bark, and heather flowers.

This single malt evokes the forest’s scents, sounds, and sights. It surrounds your senses with aromas of pine, juniper, and coriander, with subtle wisps of smoke. Tastes of deep-green eucalyptus, brightened by bitter orange, lead to a slow, gently oaky finish.

Illustrator Pomme Chan created a fantastical forest to celebrate the whisky’s flavors. Her artwork adorns the whisky’s packaging.
