Unlike most Highland Park expressions, the 40 Year Old stands as the oldest permanent addition from the Orkney-based distillery.

On the nose, bold smoky aromas rush in with spice and nutmeg. These are quickly followed by sweet hints of dark chocolate and rich, dark fruits.

The palate reveals a beautifully balanced whisky. Expect layers of heather peat smoke, toffee, and dark chocolate.

It finishes long and moreish—leaving you reaching for another sip.
